"The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are always helpful and friendly. This time the TV in our room would not work and we were told that a previous guest set it to his log in and they could not fix it. They did offer a different room and we stayed in the room rather than the hassle of moving rooms. The staff was again professional, helpful and friendly. This is our go to hotel when we go to see family in Lee's Summit. The beds are great and the rooms are always clean. Thank you BW."

"From the moment I got there, I was greeted in a friendly manner by the desk clerk. He engaged me in conversation and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and made up nicely. I had a great view of the parking lot where my truck was and that was nice. The bed was comfortable and I would have slept great but super loud motorcycles on nearby I-70 would wake me up. Not the hotel's fault, just saying. The hot breakfast the next morning was delicious and well maintained. Even during checkout, I was struck by how friendly the staff was. If I find myself in that area again, I know where I plan to stay."
