“This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again.”

“Staff were excellent at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast choices were modest, coffee was pretty good. Our room was convenient and spacious. Needs carpet cleaned to remove stains and bathroom needs to be re-caulked.”

“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the……

“It was overall good.”

“No big issues but was charged an extra $30 for having kids. Pool was freezing and no lights were on as it was getting dark. Walked by an hour later right before the pool closed and they were finally turned on. Next morning while eating breakfast the person running the front counter walked out the front door with a golf club and was gone for about 5-6 minutes before coming back with said golf club. Not really sure what that was about but it was enough that my family and another family gave……

“Love staying at Drury inn facilities. Excellent value with evening happy hour food and morning breakfast. Will always choose Drury Inn when available”

“We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.”

“Hot tub was out of order”

“The property was under renovations, the ice makers only worked on one floor, the elevator floors were dirty. It was definitely what I would expect a Hilton to be. You can do better, let's just say the Best Western we stayed at was kept up way better than this hotel. Great location though.”
