「Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.」

「This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill....

「The internet didn't work, so I couldn't do the work I needed to do there. The room has no coffee maker or way to heat water to make tea or instant coffee. No hair dryer and someone came into the room and hid clothes in the cupboard that were sitting on a chair. Thankfully, I did not leave any valuables in the room.
