「I had a valid hotel room reservation, but they refused to check me in because they claimed the booking had been canceled. However, the reservation was still active. The hotel made mistakes and did not want to admit them. They kept giving different reasons that were not true. After a small argument, they finally checked me in.」

「This is a basic clean and comfortable hotel that is good value for money. I was a little concerned if the place would be open as I wasn't checking in until 1am and having emailed to let them know, but not received a reply, I wondered if I'd find a locked door. Thankfully this wasn't the case. I would definitely use this hotel again. 」

「So one of the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They had wide and varied selection of just about anything you could want. Their laundry service was reasonable, and the location was within walking distance of major sites. The only down side was that the hotel didn’t have a lift, and carting your luggage up to the 4th floor can be rough.」

「Not a hotel, but a facility like a rental room. There is no front desk. Housekeeping is provided approximately once every three days. There is no laundry service. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious and the furnishings are of good quality.」

「This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable.
