“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good. The……

“I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. I have been assured by several employees that they checked the cameras on me around the hotel and found no pets and snacks. I am constantly told the manager needs to issue the……

“Got to hotel and wasnt able to check in even though I already paid for room offered to get me another room for 4x the price.”

“It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast.”

“Staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Room was nice, the area was convenient.”

“Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!”

“The tv didn’t work. The conditioner container was empty. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We kept rolling into the center.”

“TERRIBLE!! The front desk staff are horrible. They’re either absent or, when they are there, not very helpful. I booked this hotel for two months, but I guess I need to cancel all my bookings. No cleaning was done for a whole week, and the towels weren’t changed. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, the staff member said, “Bring me the dirty towels, and I’ll give you new towels,” and wanted me to read the hotel-made policy, trying to tell me this is very common. Not even for one……

“Me encantó la propiedad, el personal una maravilla.”

“The room was large, clean, and comfortable bed. The girl at the front desk the morning and afternoon of Nov 1, 2026 had a great attitude and seems to enjoy her job which is great to see. She was very friendly and helpful.”

“Was undergoing a renovation that was not disclosed on the listing. As a result, there was no breakfast (just a grab and go muffin), no room for trailer parking (despite listing saying there was), hallway carpets were covered, room numbers were handwritten post-it notes, and rooms had taste and smell of construction dust.”

“Excellent”

“Rooms were very clean. Smart use of space, perfect for our family. Chris the bartender was great, according to my husband. I loved how comfy the beds were and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was great and the view was fantastic. We will stay again.”
