「Coming to Belmar for the first time and expecting a quaint little hotel. Instead, we were welcomed with the lovely scent of cigarettes and run down everything. From the lobby to the 10x10 room for $235 a night, everything was a disappointment. Pool was not in working order and completely emptied. If I ever return to Belmar, I will definitely not be staying at this property.」

「I was on a solo me-time vaca. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Marilyn was so sweet and funny. The staff were friendly. The place was very nice and looked newly remodeled. I loved the modern decor. Breakfast is included and was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Also, it’s only a little over a block from the beach and you can walk around town. 「When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.」
