「Nice location. Better than expectations.」

「Very friendly staffs in the front desk, hotel room is clean & provides all the necessary facilities for travellers. Great location, simple breakfast but have everything we need」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「this hotel is under construction」

「雖然離市中心較遠，但是離捷運站很近，也有許多餐廳與超市，十分方便。房內冷氣和小廚房讓旅行更加愜意，唯一美中不足的是沙發床太軟，床中央凹陷不好睡。」

「PROPRE CALME ADEQUAT」

「無冷氣，但都唔會熱，幾舒服，值得住」

「It's a charming hotel in the Carmes area of Toulouse. Our stay was very comfortable, with valet parking and hospitality for my little dog. The on-site brasserie offers a set menu that includes cassoulet and croque monsieur, prepared with excellence. The morning of our stay, I needed a before-hours breakfast that was beautifully and thoughtfully prepared and packaged for me. The overall feel was that of polish, courtesy, and sophistication, even though the hotel itself is beginning to show traces...

「The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous...

「The staff here are lovely the location was great! There are complaints by others about noise but honestly I stayed during the week and heard nothing??」

「Very adequate for a quick overnight stay. Liked that the bedroom was separate. Very clean and quiet, helpful staff able to accommodate both leaving luggage prior to check in and scheduling a shuttle prior to official start time. Would recommend and also would stay here again.」

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」

「Convenient distance from the airport, 15mn walk. No soap or towels in the room. Very cheap feeling.」
