「Good」

「Clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful.」

「Going from the 7th floor to get breakfast on the 3rd floor is an early morning workout as there is only a two floor elevator. The breakfast was not worth the effort. Being in our late 70's not going back unless they put in an elavator.」

「Clean room, friendly staff.」

「Since I stayed there for only 2 nights, I hadn't try the washing facility. My room was having a ocean view. I would say the view was excellent. Staff there were nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. 」

「Saturday night stay was tortured by the loud, thumping electronic music from the pub that filled my room until midnight.」

「Nice place close to the ferry but do not expect excellent customer service nor 5 star place.」

「Excellent」

「Great service」

「Pros: Nice staff, Good Ocean view, Close to pier Cons: Close to highway, a little noisy」

「Good sea view with nice special designed wooden house. Clean and comfortable with private jacuzzi. The reception office is nearby and the staff is friendly and helpful.」

「Nice!! Dog friendly.」

「Very cool experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful (they even helped me get Netflix working!). Great location, right in historic townsite and close to the movie theatre. The room was smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed. There's also a microwave on the first floor. The self-playing piano, presented as the hotel's resident ghost, added the perfect Halloween vibe!」
