“Great room and comfy bed and coffee”

“Only good thing I can say about the room was the water pressure was good. The sheets were blood stained. I think they may have been washed, but were definitely not clean. 1 of the pillow cases had blood splattered on it and it was red, so it's was not washed. The toilet was wobbly and crooked with stains in the bottom. The ice maker did not work, so no ice and it was 95 degree. The air conditioner would only work if set to 60. Breakfast was room temperature orange and apple juice and……

“The place is poorly kept, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are stained, the bathrooms are old and stained, and the tile repair looked like a kid did it with brown grout. I even found a live roach and a dead one. I booked it for two nights but left the next day. I got a refund for the second night, but when I told the front desk person about all of this, he just said the roaches weren't roaches, they were "bugs"? I definitely don't recommend this place.”

“It's a newer Tru and very nice property. Right beside Topsail Hill and there's a Donut Hole right down the sidewalk. You can tell the staff really cares and takes a lot of pride in the property. The Wednesday night reception was something I'd never experienced before at a smaller hotel. The king rooms are great for two people. If you have more than two, then you'll need a larger room.”

“Property was new. Looked nice and clean. Room was okay. Distribution of stuff was not good. Bed was in front of the AC and blew my face all the time. Bathroom had no ventilation. Staff was nice and helpful.”

“El hotel espectacular, desayuno completo mucha variedad, todo muy bueno. Lo único es que las habitaciones no las limpian diario solo cambio de toallas, recogen la basura y te ponen 2 pomos de agua. Por lo demás todo muy bien”
