“Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.”

“Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Clean room, staff was nice! Plus it’s not super expensive for a room! We will be staying here again in the future!”

“Not pet friendly and needs new management.”

“Easy to get to and many options for eating. Clean and friendly staff. Parking seems limited. Would stay again if in the area.”

“Staff was so welcoming. Parking was accessible and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, so close to many stores and restaurants downtown Huntington WV”

“I picked it because of the hot tub and the hot tub was out of commission. But that happens a lot. The staff was SUPER friendly and kind. The place was clean. There was a smell... not a stench.... but a slight smell throughout the place. Nice overall.”

“Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders”

“Clean quiet rooms, wonderfully nice staff, decent breakfast and wonderful bar. I would absolutely stay again. Parking is free, but can get crowded on the weekends during Marshall events. Plentiful amount local restaurants.”

“The place is older and needs renovated. Clean and kind staff.”

“While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!”

“The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE……
