“The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The room was sizable with lots of room. The surroundings were kept clean especially at breakfast.”

“The pool was great to have ..bar and food service too . The room we had was very comfortable and had nice beds and space . Modern bathroom. Parking included with the room . We always pick Colonial every time we come to Grand Bend”

“The rooms and carpets were sooo dated. The room had a fridge and it work well the AC worked also. The room had very old furniture and old blankets. Visible dust and dust bunnies around the back of old wood furniture. Its right in the heart of the square. Worth the price I guess.”

“Bed sheets were too small for the bed, there was dirt around the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. They gave us 2 towels and 2 hand towels, no face clothes. The window frames were gross and no screens on the window and the ceilings were peeling. The rafters they have open in there were split and not that we did it but if someone decided to hang from them they could get hurt. I folded up the sofa bed so we could use the couch and there was dirt all over underneath of it. I would hate to see……

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker.
