「The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty .」

「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. 「This was by far our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Nicaragua. The staff went above and beyond to help us receive items we left at a previous hotel and provided translations. The breakfast and laundry service were amazing. We have no complaints. Only good things to say about our stay. We will be staying here again.」

「We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning,...
