“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”

“The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“It’s very good ”

“Warm and efficient welcome from desk staff. Very clean bathroom room and bedroom. The carpet looked a bit dated but a very comfortable room with a quiet refrigerator! The heating system was also very quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was modest but quite reasonable for the great room rate!! The eating area was very pleasant and homey too. The attendant there was also very pleasant.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”
