「We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .」

「The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok...

「The stay was good. Walking the property, I really wanted to give a few ideas for improvement. The yoga area was pretty but needed a good re-fresh. There's no way anyone would want to do yoga there, in the condition that it was in. Needs a good power washing and re-staining of the deck, and the pond was full of leaves - could use a good cleaning and maybe some koi. The view from the room was incredible. 「Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. 「We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge...
