“Beautiful setting, fun amenities like kayaks and a bench swing. Room was well appointed with everything you would need, even a 2 burner cooktop. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”

“We arrived to check in pretty late at night. Went to our room to find it was NOT as advertised (we are a large family traveling with kids and needed a room with multiple beds). It was also very dirty (mirrors were disgusting, floor hadnt been vacuumed or swept, hair in the bathtub, etc) Front desk upgraded us to a suite (which was great!) only to open the door and find it hadn’t been cleaned from previous tenants. Dirty dishes on counters, slept in beds, garbage, used towels, etc. So after the……

“The property was clean and well maintained although a little spartan. It was safe and a vey good value for its location. I would come back again with no hesitation, if you want luxury, pay 50 dollars more.”

“Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service day after day. Just excuses on why they didn’t check it. Always had an excuse for everything. No a/c like advertised. No view of the bay unless you walk outside and go to the side of the building……

“We rented a cabin with a kitchen and two bedrooms for six people It was not explained in the description that there would be no pots pans or kitchen utensils and we would have to pay $25 for the privilege to use some Not the kind of thing you expect when you rent a full kitchen cabin If I had known, I would have to bring everything except the kitchen sink I would’ve gone camping and save the $600 for two nights”

“The room was dirty. Two towels had blackish stains on them, so we returned them to the front desk. Stains on the floors, linoleum, no carpet. Ick place. Sorry we booked there. Photos are deceiving.”

“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”
