“The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out.”

“The room was filthy. I am not picky about hotels when it’s just an overnight somewhere, and the ‘usual suspect’ budget chains like Quality Inn are usually reliable for meeting basic needs. This room disgusted even me. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with a washrag and it came up black. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and under the rim of the sink. I didn’t turn on the A/C because i didn’t want that gross unit blowing into the room. There were food stains on the……

“Good stay there. room is clean, efficient and friendly staff. The only flaws are the facilities and average breakfast, but what can we expect more for such decent motel?”

“The only issue was ice machines on floors Only main floor worked But that one also had purified water. Which was nice. I travel with my small dog and there were lots of dog people which was nice.”

“This is a terrible hotel to stay at. The entire place is unsanitary. A cockroach was found in my initial room that I was given. My second room had crumbs all over the floor. The linen were covered in stains, and the sheets were stained yellow. I was informed by hotel staff that the sheets are “yellow.” I would not recommend staying at this place as it is unsanitary and the hotel staff are not very pleasant to deal with. The place looks nothing like it as advertised as.”

“I have staying at this property twice a year since 2017. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the best. There was no hot water at the sink or soap in the dispenser in the shower. The room was a little rough and had a musty smell. The TV only worked on one channel and believe me I tried. The lady who checked us in was very nice. There was no one around at checkout which was too bad because I would have let her know about the room. My wife who has been there several times said it was time to find a……

“Super cute super clean and super comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. My only complaint was that they bar wasn’t open, but we were there in a Sunday so that maybe have been the reason (although website says bar “open daily”)- the bar was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.”

“Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.”
