「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「We stop here at least once a yr in our travels. This year it was not a great experience. The room smelled of dog pee and carpet was stained in all major walkways. The room was very humid maybe because right next to the pool area. The breakfast was typical except the waffle machine was broke and didn't show time so waffles ended up burnt. We went to restaurant next to property for breakfast.」

「The age of this hotel shows. A fresh coat of paint and some minor fixture repairs would go a long way. Helpful staff added a lot to the stay. The free breakfast was OK, not great.」

「Overall is give it a fair score. Neutral. It has washer and dryer. Pool is heated. But small. So on Saturdays it is full. The rooms need upkeep. The floor was black, and dirty. Towels were clean, but stains in the carpet etc. Everything else is clean. No bugs. Water is hot. The freezer in one of the rooms did not work」

「When traveling with a pretty, this is the place to go. Completely animal friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up with a full size refrigerator, two electric burners, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. You’d need to purchase disposable silverware and service ware. It’d be wise to come with your own cook ware too. But otherwise, it’s all set up.」

「The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel.」

「The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

「No pool, no fitness room. Missing door between room in suite, toilet kept running until you take cover off tank, had to put input on tv everytime you turned it off.」

「Booked 3 rooms for me and my family for a graduation weekend. I’m going to admit, I was skeptical at first but the place was very clean, staff was friendly and I would stay again. The area around there is sketchy, so not my first choice but for the price it was very affordable, clean and an overall nice stay.」
