“My wife paid Expedia for the room in full when she booked it. I arrived on Sunday and on Monday my wife informed me that they had charge our credit card for two nights. I confronted the management with our payment to Expedia and the charge to our credit card and they said they would take care of it. When I checked out today, they had charged the entire amount to somebody else’s credit card in our name and our room number. Extremely unprofessional, considering they were asked to call me and they……

“I know it's an older building, but the halls smelled like an old folks home. The individual rooms were even worse and there was no way to properly vent or air out the room, it was almost overwhelming at first. The bathroom tile floor was visually clean but sticky like it had not been properly cleaned. The bed was harder than I'm used to. The walls were thin and I could make out the conversations and programs being watched in the next room. Thankfully, the neighbors didn't stay up too late.”

“My husband and i truly enjoyed out stay at this Holiday Inn and we would return again for a stay. The lobby was clean, fresh carpet was laid in the hallways and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were all extremely soft snd there were no firm options. But everything else in the room was really nice. We had resturants near by easy access to getting to the main road. The pool was open at the end of October and each morning they dutifully cleaned it with the pool cleaner……

“The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had out of the thousands of hotels I’ve stayed in. None of the appliances in our room worked. We lost power in our room at one point, and the staff tried to blame us for charging our phones in the plugs in the lamps. They were not apologetic or friendly. Needless to say that will be our last visit to a comfort Inn and suites especially that one.”
