“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. The eggs were not amazing, but that’s the only real complaint. Overall, it was a great place to stay in less expensive things with the other others in the area. It was quiet and clean and pool in hot tub or clean in a good order. ”

“Clean rooms but smaller than what I'm used to for a hampton. The staff could be more welcoming but then again I didn't have much interaction with them. The pool had no towels and the basket that had the dirty towels were overflowing. Would've been nice to have towels stocked for a weekend.”

“It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice.
