“From approximately 8 PM until around 10:30 PM, we heard doors slamming multiple times, as well as large groups of unsupervised children running through the hallway. We called the front desk a few times, and we were told that our room was next to weighted doors on public bathrooms and conference rooms. The hotel staff told us they could not “police everyone.” The next morning, we were woke up from the same door slamming before 6 AM. When we spoke with the front desk staff again this morning,……

“The property changed our reserved room without notification. Once we were checked in and saw the room and brought it to their attention, then they offered a discount.”

“I stayed here with my family, and unfortunately, it was not a very pleasant experience. The property looked poorly maintained, especially the landscaping, which appeared like it had not been cut in a very long time. There were cigarette butts all over near the back entrance, and some of the rear door key-access systems did not work. Even worse, one of the doors opened without a key at all, which made us feel very unsafe. Inside, the carpet felt sticky, the hallways were dark, and there were……

“Overall this is a very nice, clean, hotel which was 10 minutes away from our venue. Would have liked more breakfast options, such as turkey or chicken sausage, but no complaints about this hotel. I really liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely stay here again.”
