「This is a stunning small boutique hotel with wonderful staff and excellent service. The furnishings and decor are very attractive and homely and the roof terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was superb for continental! But Hotels.com needs to update its description, they don’t offer a free transfer service to the port any longer and it is not a swimming pool on the terrace but a thermal pool with waters from a local hot spring, which is simply wonderful! 「Very welcoming and friendly staff, the owner Diego want above and beyond expectations, offered to pick me up from the train station and gave me good advice on what to see in Milazzo. Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. 「We arrived about 1-1.5 hours ahead of checkin and they were able to accommodate us which was nice. The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t...
