“Nice property, had events booked up throughout the weekend so definitely a lot of traffic. Would be good to separate parking for paying guests. Front desk not very helpful most of the time, felt like they did not want to help, tons of younger kids running around property knocking on random doors, fun to watch-annoying to sleep. Breakfast was good, would be good if they mixed it up a little. Pool and pool area were terribly cold to the point of not being able to enjoy, that was a big……

“The door wouldn't open and staff shoved on it to open it. The room was dirty and bed spread had multiple stains in it, so we requested a different room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am, but when we got there at 8:50 am, the staff already shut it down and we weren't able to get anything.”

“The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room.……

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting……

“Overall a very good room and a very nice stay, I would definitely go back. Moms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. The only negatives I saw were minor, there was some pink mold in a bathroom shower seat between the slats, and the pool was kind of chilly. Overall, a great stay”

“First time to stay at a Homewoods Suites hotel and it was great. We attempted to check in early and our room was not yet ready. But the front desk employee quickly informed us the room was ready before we left the property! All staff was great, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! Definitely would stay here again!”
