“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Review for Casa Valverdi Apartment, Verona We had a fantastic stay at Casa Valverdi Apartment and couldn't have asked for a better base in Verona. The location is absolutely excellent—ideal for exploring all the sights, restaurants, and local spots while still offering a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind. Self-check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made arriving completely stress-free. Luigi is a wonderful host; his communication was outstanding from start to finish, always……

10/10 优秀
"Living at Hotel Giulietta e Romeo can feel their heart of welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality. The girls are very helpful when I lost the room card and explained to my concern very clearly. The breakfast was amazing which offered a wide variety of food like 5-star hotel. In my opinion, eating well at the morning is very important as it will definitely bring you a good vibe and pleasant mood to start exploring the city, Hotel Giulietta e Romeo fulfilled us on that. I would recommend to stay here again, it is worth the price."

"Buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Location is a little bit off the town centre, but taxis were easily available and affordable. The only issue was the bath tub which was pretty high for getting in and out. Showers would have been much more appreciated."
