「Wonderful proprietor, friendly, helpful and funny. Breakfast was unfussy and generous. My room was quite frankly bigger than the room I pay rent for in London so I spent a delightful few nights in Bad Wildbad. I hope to return. 」

「Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, abgerechnet wurden dann zwei Einzelzimmer. Je Frühstück ein Getränk mit 10,- € berechnet. Da morgens bei der Abreise niemand von der Hotelleitung anwesend war habe ich erst einmal bezahlt. Mehrmalige Anrufe blieben erfolglos. Ich habe dann Expedia eingeschaltet und eine teilweise Rückerstattung erhalten. Für mich nie wieder.」

「Erstklassiges Haus, gut geschulte Mitarbeiter, beeindruckendes Saunalandschaft, stillvolle Zimmereinrichtung mit ganz vielen Annehmlichkeiten, sodass an nichts gefehlt hat. Einziges Manko ist das schwache Internet (Junior Suite 120). Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, die Frische-Abteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Service-Mitarbeiter im Restaurant machen einen guten Job. Ich träume, wieder einen Wellness-Urlaub hier zu machen. 」

The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. 「This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Very quaint and charming. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was top notch and the dinners at the restaurant could have been done by a Micheline star chef. Clearly a lot of sweat and tears go into this amazing place. This is definitely on our list for a return trip. 」
