"It was very peaceful for us. Family of 3. Staff great, place clean, nice rooms. The games outside for families had broken pieces and made it difficult to enjoy but we made due. The "parfait" in the shop herb kitchen or whatever the name... it was rancid. Do Not Recommend. The breakfast buffet was nice and made the morning easy so we could get ready for our cruise we left for! I gave 5 stars based off the way we were treated from folks all the way around. Front desk managers... amazing! Thank you all"

"This hotel is not why it looks like online AT ALL! There is 1 elevator, zero breakfast, day old coffee. They will NOT make more until 830 am. The rooms were spacious but VERY VERY dirty. Hand prints everywhere, dirt on the floor, old used travel stuff from other people. The online reviews are not accurate, the online pictures are very misleading. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They don't have coffee filters for your coffee pot, they have 1 towel for the kitchen, no paper towels, they put wet dishes away and they smelled like mildew. The whole room smelled like mildew. There was very few dishes to use for heating up food. It was a disaster.. I asked Expedia if I could get my money back so I could switch to a different hotel and the owners said no. The door did not close all the way, and the secondary lock was broken. The two positives are their body wash. Shampoo smelled really good and the front desk guy at check-in was great. The front desk girl at checkout was not very unfriendly. Did not seem like she wanted to be there.. "
