“Fabulous accommodation for a short stay. This room doesn’t have windows so only suitable if you’re intending to be out and about most of the day. Really easy to follow emailed instructions on entry to the property and access to your room. Offers breakfast but I didn’t require this and there’s plenty of small convenience stores in walking distance. Would definitely use again”

“L’hotel è in un bel palazzo e le camere sono ampie e accoglienti ma siamo anni luce lontani dal concetto di boutique hotel. Dopo la prima notte mi sono fatta cambiare la camera perché la prima era super umida con un’unica piccola finestra. La colazione super scadente e ogni giorno un copia e incolla. Per i bambini non era previsto nulla, neanche un po di nutella o dei biscotti. Il personale garbato. La posizione vicina all’aeroporto ma lontana da tutto. Insomma è un hotel 3 stelle non un 4……

“Sauber.Zimmer geräumig.Balkon mit Meerblick.Personal sehr freundlich. Aber: direkt vor dem Hotel Baustelle/Straßenbauarbeiten. Bei geöffneter Balkontür Lärm unerträglich.Presslufthammer, Bagger , Betonmischmaschine. Stromgenerator etc. , von morgens bis abends inklusive Samstag und Sonntag! Ich habe die Hotelmamanagerin darauf angesprochen und gesagt, dass ich erwartet hätte, rechtzeitig über diesen Umstand informiert zu werden.Sie entgegnete mir , im Hotel selbst gebe es keine Bauarbeiten.Die……

“房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。”

“We chose to stay at the Hyatt for a special birthday coupled with a much needed break. We enjoyed a pleasant welcome and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The team went above and beyond to recognise the birthday and it made the stay even more special. The house keeping staff were exceptional and the room was always clean and restocked etc. Breakfast was very good: lovely restaurant, friendly staff, great food and a large choice of hot and cold dishes, fruits, cereals, pastries,……

“Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but……

“We hebben een prima verblijf gehad en leuke centrale locatie met veel restaurants in de buurt om iets te eten. Wij hadden een kamer aan de linkerkant van het hotel waardoor we geen last hadden van het geluid van de beach clubs aan de boulevard. Er is niet echt een strand dus je bent al snel gebonden aan de verschillende betaalde beachclubs die vlakbij liggen en die bij een van de andere hotels horen.”
