「Staff was very helpful and prompt, even went extra in finding us a print shop that was open late. It was a very pleasant place to stay; we felt very safe. 」

「Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the huge rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!」

「What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.」

「We travelled with two young children and had a wonderful stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities. The hotel offers beautiful views over Tirana and is conveniently located close to the cable car. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly in terms of variety and overall quality. Aside from that, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families...

「Das Hotel liegt zentral und fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Entgegen der ein oder anderen Bewertung, empfanden wir das Frühstücksbuffet als sehr reichhaltig und es wurden -selbst bis kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit- immer noch Speisen nachgelegt. Auch ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals besonders hervorzuheben. Überdies sind die Räumlichkeiten stylisch stilvoll und funktional. Wir werden, sollten wir nochmals nach Tirana kommen, auf jeden...
