They appeared short staffed as you could wait a while for service at the restaurant and at the bar which could be frustrating. Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. 「Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you.」
