「Hi Toric Hotel, this my best trip ever, my stay in Albania at the toric hotel was the best,never experienced this good customer service before, the hotel is the best, starting from the manager down to all the staffs very very excellent, their kindness and hospitality was super great, the manager even drove us most time, including the man that took us to Vlorë very very nice, and the other man driving us too, honestly speak if you’re in Albania that’s the best hotel you can ever stay,...

「What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.」
