The staff were helpful and very friendly. My room did not have shampoo nor conditioner but I had my own, so it was not a concern--just something to be aware of when you are packing. 「Juan Carlos was the most amazing host ever. He made arrangements for us with a private car to go see the sights that were at a distance. He was simply amazing. The rooms were perfect, and there was plenty of shared open green space. I would stay here again. and again. and again.」
