“We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely.”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower and sink very slow to drain probably needs to be cleaned out.”

“Good stay. Suite rooms was very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice, on the smaller side but worked out great for our 1 night stay.”

“Clean, spacious, relaxing vibe. Patio was beautiful, spent evenings with family out there. No trash cans on site other than small room trash cans, so you will need to bring bags and discard offsite. Enjoyed the stay though.”

“The check in was very poor. The staff member was on the phone with her ear buds on an obviously personal call through the whole check in process. She also thought my Maryland driver's license was from out of the country . I had several interactions with her and she was always on the phone. The other staff were more professional. The breakfast was subpar. ”

“This hotel is undergoing renovations, so this review is how conditions were on my one night stay. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry……

“My wife and I stayed at this property visiting one of her lifelong friends. Plumbing in the shower /tub did not work. We reached out to management and they said that's just how old plumbing is. However, I own multiple rent houses and deal with these issues often. It was not the old plumbing. It's a simple fix of replacing the spout for the shower tub complex to work. Furthermore, upon leaving the owner called us and asked us to pay extra for a dog. We never had a dog and we were on our way to……

“Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Additionally, the laundry facilities were limited—one of the two washing machines was out of service, and the other was already in use, so we weren't able to do laundry during our……
