I have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. You get a real welcoming ‘local pub’ feel when you go in. The bar area is really cosy and the food is fantastic-large portions and a good choice on the menu. Sunday roast is great too!! ...

Fantastic stay over new years. The property is perfect for 2 families with a wonderfully spaced kitchen. The log fire was a great way to congregate everyone in the lounge for games and festivities. Rosie and Sue were fabulous hosts and always available or to answer questions or help with any issues ...

We came for the carnival, if you have never been then you must, it was brilliant!
Not the most pleasant place in the world. All in all, very run down!
This is a great base for exploring from.. quiet and extremely peaceful with friendly helpful staff
Didn't see anything other than retail parks and builders merchants
Didn't get a chance to 'see' Bridgwater as we only arrived around 8.30pm. Town busy with locals & seemed very friendly.
