“I really wanted to like this place, it was in a very convenient location in Manhattan and was the best deal I found by far. The main disadvantage we had was that there was a problem with ants in the apartment. I would also say the apartment had some "character". I'm not sure it's for everyone, but if you want 4 beds with a kitchen your family can sit down in at the center of Manhattan (with all the noise associated with it), this place is for you. It was a decent price for our stay, but we……

“Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Location was PERFECT. The apartment was spacious with a full functional kitchen and comfortable beds. There were a lot of stairs (32) to reach the apartment uppermost level. This is a very safe neighborhood and pedestrian friendly. Communication before and after were EXCELLENT. We will certainly stay here again should we come back to NY.”

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

“This property is secure and has a good location. The host responded to text messages. The photos of the property were photoshopped. The walls are dingy and in dire need of a coat of paint. The furniture is old and the chairs are not sturdy. Overall, the kitchen is good but the dishwasher is not installed properly and moves forward when the racks are pulled out. There is a radiator in the main area which put out a lot of heat at times making the room hot. The AC unit in the main area did not……

“My group and I were pleased with this rental. The property consists of two units side by side. Price is relatively reasonable. The only two slight down sides to it is that not all the bedrooms had a/c window units and secondly that there was a neighbor complaining about loud laughing. (Its hard not to laugh out loud when your group of 12 is on vacation and having a great time) Otherwise everything else was great. The rooms were clean, check in was smooth, host was kind and attentive, plenty……

“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”
