「Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again.」

「Room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and toilet paper roll holder was broken. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. Bare feet, foot prints in the shower when we arrived. Manager not that concerned about deficiencies.」

「The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold. The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night.」

「Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...

「I liked the room and the location at the end of the boardwalk when it is so crowded. It felt very safe. I wish it included Roku TV so I could log onto Netflix and other streaming services.」
