「Lovely hotel with excellent service. Elena who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely lovely and professional, friendly and welcome! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay. 「Our room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. 「A charming B&B settled outside of Lucca (~20 minutes), but with easy access to visiting many different areas. We rented a car from the airport (~1hr & 20mins) and I highly recommend it so you can move around with ease and visit different areas even go to the coast. The tolls are fantastic and fast. 「Det var rent, svalt och bekvämt rum. Lite svårt att förstå på sidan att man inte kunde gå från flygplatsen till hotellet. Och det var lite svårt att få incheckningsdetaljer för sen incheckning vi fick ringa 4ggr innan vi kom till en person som då snabbt hjälpte oss.」

「The location is great if you travel mainly by train. Hotel is a old school one, but it is clear and feel safe. The only thing we have concern is the stair to the escalator and to the lobby, which might be a problem if you have a big luaggae. 」
