“Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊”

“It was a great place with very helpful people. It was a steep climb up to the village, without a car you would not see as much of the surrounding area.”

“Molto pulito”

“A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city. The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel. In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.”

“Rude staff, did not like my stay at all”

“Villa de Tuia is just perfect in every way. Our room was beautiful as was the bathroom which had quality fittings. The hosts were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and was of good quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Jayne and Peter x”

“hard to connect with the manager or the property owner . Can not connect to wifi”

“Parking is a serious issue and totally spoiled our experience…for a basic accommodation ”
