"The staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for.

"This place is old and run down;they don’t tell you until you are trapped that there is NO HOT WATER in your room ;yes no hot water in your room and this is an dry resort No wine no pina colada no beer no alcohol and no byob for pool or restaurant "
"The area is developing. This hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. Only things to consider.... No hot water, parking space limited and that the beach sand is from volcanic rocks and it's so hot you can't stand on it."

"We celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday at this property, and I can honestly say it was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was flawless from the beautiful accommodations to the warm hospitality.
I made a last minute request for some room decorations to surprise my wife, and the team made it happen perfectly. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly exceeded my expectations.
The location is also perfect everything in town is just steps away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
Thank you to the entire staff for making this milestone birthday one we will cherish forever. Highly recommend!"

"Everyone was so nice and attend. Kudos to the staff that carry the luggage to the rooms. Daniel watched our luggage until the boat arrived. I chose the right place to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. The only hip up was that my sister and husband couldn’t stay with us because it has too many steps to reach the restaurant and rooms. Other than that it’s the ideal place for people in good health to enjoy the lake and the property. "
