“Nada de mantenimiento en la habitación estuvimos 3 días y nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto ni votaron las basuras ni nos dieron papel ni jabones , la cama de la habitación súper incómoda, no tiene ni aire acondicionado ni abanico. La vista es buena y los desayunos buenos también ”

The people handling in-person were kind, respectful and helpful I was there for multiple days and had no complaints. If there are any issues, they are extremely communicative via WhatsApp. Additionally, the location was literally ~15 minutes to many of the restaurants and the central park. “No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios……

LA COMIDA EN EL RESTAURANTE ES EXCELENTE Y EL SERVICIO AUN MAS. EL LUGAR SE ENCUENTRA CÉNTRICO PARA CAMINAR EN LOS ALREDEDORES Y TOMAR TUK TUK. BUENA MÚSICA Y AMBIENTE NOCTURNO.”

“This was my.first time at a hostel, but the property was really dirty they do not clean showers or bathrooms and dorms have mixed men ans women and dud not have iron or basics and towels really old and some.of the staff was really nice though ”

“No especifica que el baño es compartido en algunas habitaciones, baño en condiciones deplorables, viejos y sucios. La atención al cliente pésima, no nos dieron opciones aún siendo error de ellos. No lo recomiendo y definitivamente NO volvería.”
