“Everything was great, beautiful hotel, excellent room with walk-in shower, and refrigerator, and extremely comfortable beds, The only thing missing was a microwave, which we really could have used, especially after coming back from a nearby restaurant with leftovers. I still rate it 9 out of 10!”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios……
“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”
“The bed was comfortable. Close to a Starbucks and a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. They do have a little snack bar inside the hotel but they’re a little pricey, but other than that it was a very nice friendly clean environment. We will be back.”
