“Listing stated that there was a blender. Did not see one. Only one mug was provided. When I asked for more, two more were made available. There were two of us! A reading lamp would have been a nice addition for reading in bed at night, such as a clip on to the bed. There’s a bed stand on one side of the bed with a lamp, but the left side of the bed could use a lamp. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation and the communication with Danny and would stay there again.”

“We had a great stay! Super close to Universal Studios which is why we were in the area. Property was clean and check in was a breeze. The owners were great with any questions we had and always responded promptly!”

“The property held our family great. Enough room for 7”

“Great stay!”

“Maor was a great host - easy to work with and responsive.Pros: this is a great location in a quiet residential neighborhood. We had plenty of space and privacy for a party of five. The house is beautiful with nice modern decor. The kitchen is spacious as is the backyard. Easily accessible to the sights and activities in LA and local stores for food and sundries (Ralphs, CVS). It really worked for our trip.Cons: the blinds in the front room had large gaps (approximately 4 inches of blinds……

“Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.”

“Excelente property really clean has everything you need for a great stay, Host community well and respond fast and respectful”

“The host was extremely communicative, and the home was clean and comfortable and lovely. We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—super convenient to the freeway, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The house itself was very clean, modern, and nicely updated inside, which made it a comfortable space to relax. We did run into two minor issues during our stay: upon arrival, we didn’t have the correct door code to get in and had to call customer service to get it sorted out. Additionally, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the house. Aside……

“Great place to stay close to everything in the LA area”

“House was just what we were expecting. We arrived during a heat-waveand the AC was much appreciated. Nice big TV in the living room and upstairs bedroom. The heat kept us from using the hot tub but maybe next time.”

“Lovely stay. Kids really enjoyed the game room. House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check-in process. Kevin was an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The property was beautiful. Suggestion: stick linen closet as there was no sheets for someone sleeping on couch and extra towels and toilet paper as it had only one roll for the stay.”
