Above and beyond! Above - because this apartment is way up there, so the view is amazing. As such it’s quite breezy not requiring any AC. And right off a newly paved road. Beyond - because Ms. Joan is absolutely a professional hostess, her place is spotlessly clean. We literally did not need to dust off anything. Very secure with remote gate, grilled windows and doors, two beautiful dogs at the back, cameras all around, and a well lit premises. Hot shower even a bidet, well stocked kitchen, even breakfast items were provided to start us off. The landscaping is mesmerizing with paved walkways, flower and vegetable gardens and lots of fruit trees. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy those. We truly enjoyed our stay in that quiet Neighborhood.
