“Really great spot, staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast and dinners were great, the Onsen was nice and relaxing, make sure you bring cash if you want to explore town because none of the buses accept IC cards”

“Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer. Taking a cup of tea up a flight of stairs to the Mrs can be a bit of a chore for a four-score age person. Breakfast finished at 9am and my wife rolled up at 9.04am and promptly told "NO BREAKFAST" bit rich as most places have breakfast going till 10am and beside we were not informed of……
