Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
こちらのサイトで予約し、決済も済んでいましたが、当日宿に着くと全く聞いてないと言った初期対応でした。受付の方が関係者に連絡し、ようやく確認が取れたようでそれから部屋の準備、予約したのは2人用ベットだったはずが、1人用の畳の部屋✕2でした。バタバタ感満載、部屋のゴミ箱もそのまま、シーツ類もこちらから申告して用意してもらいました。素泊まりだから何とかなりましたが、サイトとの連携なのか宿の問題なのかわからないけどその辺りは改善の必要ありです。温泉はとても良かったです。
