「The property was amazing. It was exactly was we needed as a family. The in-law suite worked out for our parents to get their own space. The house was well stocked and the hosts were amazing. They helped us which anything we needed and were easy to reach if needed. We will stay here again next time we are in St. Thomas. 」

「We rented this house for our wedding week. Everything exceeded expectations and we would definitely rent again!」

「We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. 「We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. 「Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. 「We decided to take a quick trip to St John for the 4th of July. We wanted someplace close to the action in Cruz Bay, but also something that felt private. Edgewater was a short walk to town and also very secluded. Nora, was an amazing hostess and made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay superb.We absolutely loved it there and will definitely return soon. Thanks again to Norman and Bruce.」

「Communication was excellent on checking code for door, unit was very clean and up to date . Unit provided extras too like toys beach towels , snorkeling gear, etc. It was located on first floor, easy access to pool, and beautiful views of bolongo bay. We will definitely be back to this place, can’t say enough nice things . Would recommend to anyone. Can’t imagine you could find a better deal for a place this nice and views. Thank you 」

「The property was gorgeous and the host had everything you could need. From kitchenware to chairs and snorkeling gear for the beach. If you're renting a car be prepared for the hills and very bumpy, rocky roads but that's not a reflection of the property. The roads are like this on the entire island.」
