“The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”

“It was all ya need for an overnight stay. The a/c was a little noisy but other than it was decent stay.”

“Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. There’s 25 parking spots right behind the……

“It's a Motel 6, so manage your expectations. The motel lobby and general building are old and worn, but the room we had was recently remodeled and quite nice. It had an old couch, but was otherwise filled with new furniture. No coffee maker in the room.”

“Clean room but the toilet malfunctioned. We also didn’t receive some of the cable channels the evening of the NBA Finals, best game in NBA history. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The Breakfast had lots of variety and hot items were served hot.”

“Questionable smells in the lobby, questionable stains on the towels, the room itself was alright. If you’re staying here to enjoy your vacation and go to the casino, just stay at the casino. If you absolutely need somewhere to stay, it’s fine. This place should be cheaper though.”
