“櫃檯人員很親切 ，房間乾淨整潔，網路穩定，雖然床位不大 但是可以好好休息。”

“The subway station is 5 mins by walk. The subway station is three stops to Stephansdom and five stops to Schonbrunn Palace. Supermarket is next to the hotel. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is good and rich. It's a good chose to stay at Vienna But the outside noise from the road is annoying sometimes.”

“The room is cosy and warm with elevator is the best part! The only problem might be have a loving slamming door neighbor(s) Bathroom is the best place, the heat able to keep the showroom dry so you wont feel nasty. Front desk is 24h and very helpful. The public kitchen utility quite complete although we only use the refrigerator and water machine. Highly recommended! Will choose if come back.”

“位置很好，有清晰的指示牌，很好找。去景點很方便，週邊屬於住宅區，很清靜。 沒有電梯，我們住5樓，提行李上樓有點難度。46房（3人房）的淋浴間去水有問題，因為是晚上，就沒有通知服務員，去了朋友的房間洗澡。早餐很簡單，味道不錯。唯獨熟雞蛋是冰的，懷疑是直接從冰箱取出來的。”

“住到的位置不是很好，我只有一個孔可以用，但如果要插小燈又要充電的話就沒辦法，這是扣分的地方。 另外，第二天早上突然沒水，導致我們沒辦法盥洗，後來去通知之後才水可以用。 在個人入住中，有對情侶常常動作聲響很大，特別是大家都關燈後，而且他們要退房時，在早上五六點收拾行李，真的很沒禮貌。 整體上是滿不錯的青年旅館，只是剛好我住的時候比較有狀況。”
