“Everything is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a combination of Western and Chinese styles and tastes so good. The room is spacious and clean. The metro station is a bit far away from hotel (walk for around 10 minutes) but taking taxi to your destination is easy (use app or raise hand on the street). A new apartment community is 1 block away with a supermarket (ALDI) and some restaurants which is very convenient.”

“I had an amazing stay! The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and answer any questions. “I made a reservation several months in advance; however, upon my arrival, I was informed that it could not be located. I spent two hours waiting for the staff member to locate my reservation, during which she repeatedly asserted that it was unavailable. I subsequently took a photograph of her alongside my reservation confirmation. Upon her realization that I had discovered that she had found my reservation, she attempted to offer an apology but still insisted that I remit payment, despite having……

“Great little place close to the metro and restaurants, area is quite local. They had luggage storage. There was no air con so the sleeping pods will probably be pretty hot in the summer.”

The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you.”
