“My husband, son, and I recently stayed here for a college visit. We checked in late on a Wednesday night, about 9:30. The front desk guy was very friendly and professional. When we got to our room, everything looked great. However, after getting ready for bed, I walked past the a/c and it was leaking and the carpet was all wet. I called the front desk, and he said "thanks for letting us know." My husband thought it was odd, because there was A LOT of water on the floor. A few minutes……

“The staff of this hotel was friendly and helpful. However, the overall quality of this facility is unsatisfactory. There is almost no soundproofing. We can hear people talking clearly from next door or in the hallway. The hygiene of this hotel is concerning. All my family members got bedbug bites, causing severe itching and swelling. We had to go to urgent care to get a prescribed medication. I recommend that the hotel thoroughly clean the bedding and linens.”

“The beds were big and soft. Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces.”

“I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and courteous. I also like the fact that it was convenient and proximity to where I was going in the city close to everything. I also enjoy the daily breakfast.”
