Outdated old rooms, bathrooms smell like mould. Cleaning lady didn’t want to clean out room daily (just with the garbage bags out). Scary gangsters selling drugs in the parking lot. People smoking wrrd outside your room with pyjamas on. It felt like we were staying in the ghetto. Great location though, close to the i45, cop staying next door and all the shopping and restaurant options.

This property in whole is a 5 star, upkeep of grounds, staff at C/I, sparkling clean room, firm mattress (yet Queen not King), overall a quiet location. Yet due to one issue I must deduct points to a 3.5 stars. My partner slipped in the bathtub & hurt himself due to no non-slip strips or safety bars in the bathtub. This happened 3 hrs before a scheduled outpatient procedure at 7am. Went to hospital & asked for an X-ray prior to procedure. No breaks, just severe bruising & muscle strain. Yes we got lucky. For all future travels I'll carry a non-slip bath mat jic.

I had a wonderful experience at Super 8. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Although I had an unfortunate issue with one of the rooms, they immediately took care of it by moving me to another room without any hassle. Martha and Wes were especially attentive and guided me through the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable and supported. The rooms themselves are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the area. Thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodations, I truly enjoyed my stay and would return!

Enjoyed my stay

Great staff and stay. My room was cleaned to perfection and my overall stay was quiet and enjoyable. Hotel bathroom need upgrading however, its a decent place to say and great location.

Staff was nice and graceful, but room was neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Cracked paint, stained lamp covers, cracked mirrors, trash in halls, cockroaches, and non-working TV remotes. I would have complained but I was very tired after traveling most of the day, was only staying a night, and needed to get up early.

Good location, safe, lots of restaurants and places to shop. She did let me know that they just have bread and pastries for breakfast, no hot breakfast. A bit disappointing but you get what you pay for. For the price its a good spot, room clean, cold ac.

The room was very nice. I am not sure but I think the refrigerator was not working properly but it wasn't a big deal. I took a walk and it was quiet. I stay there again.
