“The room was very clean, cozy, and with complete toiletries. Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the……
