Further, the rooms are not marked with the numbers and the owner is nowhere around. If it weren't for my taxi driver calling the owner and me exploring the building I would not have known which room was mine. I had to find the neighbors to get them to call the owner for me to get the wifi password. The water never truly got hot enough to bathe, and there was a...
